When you enter this incredible modern farmhouse, you are welcomed by a beautiful double-stained Therma-Tru Fiber-Classic® Oak Collection™ fiberglass front door, which features large window panes that perfectly match the luxury vinyl planking used throughout the home. The living room consists of grand cathedral ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling Casa Di Sassi Neve brick double-sided fireplace that also serves the kitchen. Andersen 100 Series windows in black surround the living room to let in tons of natural light. The living room gives you access to the kitchen, master bedroom, and upstairs to the second floor of this two-story custom home. 

The eat-in kitchen boasts an abundance of light from the Anderson 100 Series black-on-black windows and the black matte pendant lights over the island. Classic white quartz countertops from Chippewa Stone extend to the functional accent color island with X-frame ends and a roomy farmhouse sink. 

The master bedroom features a tray ceiling with shiplap and triple windows to enjoy the backyard scenery. From there, you are led into the master bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, a clawfoot soaking tub, plentiful cabinet space, and black matte hardware. The floor and shower feature custom matching tile. The second floor also has another full bathroom that has double sinks and a separate room for the shower.

Back on the first floor of the house, you will find the guest bedroom, with walls painted in Agreeable Gray from Sherwin Williams. There is also another full bath, which is found right next to a laundry room with a stained barn door and vinyl pattern flooring. 

Outdoors, you’ll find a two-car garage, a cement-poured driveway and sidewalk, along with a covered back porch with stained cedar beams. The front of the home features white vertical and horizontal board and batten siding with cedar wood shutter accents and an open front porch.
