How soon can you get started on my project? 

We can start as soon as 6 to 8 weeks after your loan closes, or if paying cash, within 6 to 8 weeks of collecting a deposit. Of course this depends on any HOA approval, surveying, and permitting we need to have completed and returned back to us prior to building or remodeling. 

Do you offer design services?

Yes! We have an in-house interior designer who will help you design your new space or home from inside to outside, from 2D layouts to 3D renderings and even video walkthroughs of custom homes. We also have a design studio with many samples ranging from exterior to interior projects to help you visualize your space and choices. 

How long does it take to build a custom home? 

The building process is a little different for everyone. It really depends on the size of home and any special materials that have to be ordered. For most homes, you can expect a 6 to 9 month build. 

How will I be communicated with throughout my project? 

You will have your own project manager assigned to your project. We use BuilderTrend, it is a user friendly platform that manages your project and allows you to see your schedule 2 weeks out, send messages, see/upload progress pictures, view documents, and so much more! We like to use this to communicate with you through. Your project manager will also communicate by phone/email. If you have a preference with communication, please let us know so we can accommodate and exceed your expectations!

How much does it cost to build a PH Custom Home? 

How much it costs depends on a lot of factors. Does your lot or land need public or private utilities? What is the size of home and your overall selections for the home? Our pricing starts in the low $400,000's, not including lot preparation. Do I have to use one of your home plans?

No, you do not need to use any of our floor plans. We have our plans available to you if you like one or want to customize or combine with a few you like even more. We work with a couple of draftsmen and architects should you need to start from scratch or make any changes.

If you use a plan from another site or source, you will need to purchase your plan so you have rights to build it.
